MEMPHIS TN (IFS) --Did you know that the United Kingdom had planned on moving it's capitol to the United States main lands in the late 1780's?. As the young United States considered itself only as the original 13 colonies, the British considered all of the Caribbean Islands as part of the new world colonies, 26 to be exact.
